10/13/2009- Well, everyone keeps looking at Max on the internet..but HE IS STILL HERE! Did you know that Black dogs and cats are the last to get adopted nationwide and must be euthanized more than any other. Why? WE don't know..do you have any ideas?? Max sure wishes someone could/would figure out the key to getting "black" babies adopted. He is ready to go got his new furever home..soon. Please do a "double save" and come in and adopt this #1"plain black dog" who, #2 "is in shelter". He promises to show you how appreciative he is..for years to come!! Come to day...he needs to you to come today!! My name is " Max ". I am a one year old Black Lab mix, weighing in at 60 lbs. I was found in Sour Lake Texas. I had on a collar, my owners could not take care of me any more.. I get along great with children, cats and other dogs. I am very playful and active and will need a fenced yard. Please adopt me.Adoption fee=$95. This includes first round of vaccinations, bordetella vaccination, worming, flea treatment and spay or neuter.
