I am a mother of five children in need of a home in either Houston Texas or on the out skirts of Houston for no more than $700.00 a month. I need 3 bedrooms and am willing to keep the up keep up . I moved here from Los Angeles California and am trying to find a house of my own to rent or possibly buy with owner finance later on . I can't afford to pay a deposit yet but am willing to make arrangements to pay it out with the rent.
