You will manage professional employees and supervisors, including support, technical and production staff. Take responsibility for managing financial resources, scheduling of staff, and budget. Provide technical guidance to employees and develop and improve processes and procedures at the facility pharmacy. Identify, develop, and suggest appropriate training for staff members. Requirements:
· Ph.D. in Pharmacy highly desired; or Bachelors in Pharmacy plus 5 years experience.
· Must have 3 to 5+ years experience within a hospital setting.
· Management or supervisory experience desirable.
· Must be licensed in Texas or already in the process of obtaining Texas licensure
· No travel is required – you will be based in one location
